RETURNS -
- Fall Fly is committed to providing its customers with the utmost satisfaction, thus as long as the product is unused, we will accept all return requests within 7 days of delivery.
- For all returns, you will be issued a store credit for the equivalent amount.
- Please note that the product must be unused, and all tags, labels and stickers must be attached. The products must be returned in their original packaging and items found without the sizing sticker will not be accepted for returns.
- All items are scrutinised before a return is processed. Items found worn or used will be refused and returned to you.
REFUNDS -
- All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
EXCHANGE -
- We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product or damage during delivery.
- If you want to exchange the product for a different size. - A fee of 150/- would be processed for all exchange requests.
- Please note that the product must be unused, and all tags, labels and stickers must be attached.
- All items are scrutinised before an exchange is processed. Items found worn or used will be refused and returned to you.
THE 999/- STORE
- Sale items purchased from The 999/- Store are final; Cancellations and returns, including refunds and exchanges, are not eligible after the order is placed.
