All orders are processed within 4-6 business days as per the free standard delivery. The delivery time for your order begins as soon as the order is accepted.
In high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The price of the products reflected on the website includes free standard delivery for each order placed. Please allow 4-6 business days to receive your order in this case.
Please note we are not accepting international orders at the moment.
2. DUTIES AND TAXES: -
The prices displayed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) but do not include customs duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
3. ORDERING:-
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an automatic email to confirm the order placement. Please note that a placed order is an offer until we approve it.
We may not be able to approve your order for various reasons: - The item is unavailable or not in stock. - Your billing information is incorrect or unreliable. - We do not deliver to the stated address.
4. PAYMENT METHODS: -
We accept all major modes of payment such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI.
You can also use our store credit as a form of full or partial payment towards your order.
Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
5. RETURNS: -
Fall-Fly is committed to providing its customers with the utmost satisfaction, thus as long as the product is unused, we will accept all return requests.
For all returns, you will be issued a store credit for the equivalent amount.
Please apply for the returns below within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Shipping will be borne by the customer in this case.
Please note that the product must be unused, and all tags, labels and stickers must be attached. The products must be returned in their original packaging and items found without the sizing sticker will not be accepted for returns.
All items are scrutinized before a return is processed. Items found worn or used will be refused and returned to you.
6. REFUNDS: -
All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
7. EXCHANGE: -
We only accept exchanges under the following conditions: - If there is a manufacturing defect in the product or damage during delivery. - If you want to exchange the product for a different size.
For such exchanges below are the options- - Replace the product with a different size. - Return the product and get a store credit for the equivalent amount post-verification.
In both of the above cases, shipping will be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, one-of-one products cannot be refunded/returned or exchanged.
